"Father, thank You for pastors who lead Your people. I pray for them as they stand before Your church this weekend, just a couple of days before our national election. Grant them 'Holy Spirit unction' to proclaim the Word, never wavering to the right or left. Let Your Word drip from their lips.
God, inspire these leaders to pray fervently for our nation — and then to challenge their congregations to do the same. Make all of us godly, faithful people whose good works are a light to a nation in darkness.
Through Your Word and Your Spirit, draw others to You this weekend. Remind us that You alone are the King. Amen."
