3 Free Resources from Southeastern Seminary

I freely admit that I’m promoting today my seminary, Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. The mission of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary is “to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ by equipping Christians to serve the church and fulfill the Great Commission.” One way we like to do that is to provide free resources for church leaders. Here are a few of them:

  1. A free copy of Thom Rainer’s e-book, How Your Church Can Reach People in the Post-Covid World. This book is a gift from Church Answers and the SEBTS Center for Preaching and Pastoral Leadership. Here’s the link to get this resource: http://iamgoi.ng/frbk
  2.  A free copy of Danny Akin’s most recent “Building a Theological Library” list of recommended books. The list was updated in 2019, and it includes English and Spanish resources. You’ll find the list here: https://www.pastorscenter.org/building-a-theological-library-2019
  3. Free courses for believers, including “Christ-Centered Exposition,” “Interpreting and Teaching the Bible,” “Christian Theology,” and several others. For more information—or to register for a course—go to https://www.sebts.edu/academics/distance_learning/free-classes.aspx.

I pray at least one of these resources might be helpful to you. God bless you during this most unusual holiday season!
